Fraudulent letter of complianceThe Police have been given evidence of a company who used an illegal “Home Made” version of a CHAS compliance letter. This was brought to our attention by a CHAS buyer when they checked the validity of the letter against the database and found a discrepancy. We take these matters seriously to protect legitimate CHAS Accredited companies and will seek prosecution. If you are using the CHAS logo and have no license for its use, please go to“What is Accreditation?”View all Bulletins>> |
